Suzuki has a grip on to the supermotard scene with the stunning DR-Z400SM.

Perfectly encapsulating the supermoto combination of handling and performance, the new Suzuki is powerful, compact, lightweight and exquisitely balanced. Attributes which make this an ideal bike for the commuter.

New for 2007, it now features Renthal aluminium tapered handlebars whilst sporting brand new graphics. And, for a limited period, the DR-Z400SM is available at 0% finance and a deposit of just £1 (with an additional carry rack at no extra charge).

KEY FEATURES:

The 398cc, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine is compact, lightweight and delivers broad, tractable power and torque.

Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material (SCEM) cylinder for durability, weight reduction and superior heat transfer.

Dry-sump lubrication system makes the crankcase compact and helps achieve low engine positioning for agile handling.

Lightweight magnesium-alloy clutch, magneto and cam covers.

A digitally mapped DC-CDI system monitors throttle position/engine rpm, and adjusts ignition timing for efficient fuelling.

Massive 310mm (12.0in.) floating type front disc brake, same size used on the GSX-R1000, and 240mm (9.0in.) rear disc brake shared with the RM250.

Long-stroke inverted front forks derived from the RM250, for an extra-smooth stroking action.

Digital instrument includes speedometer, odometer, and dual trip meters with addition/subtraction functions, clock and stopwatch.
